Here at Duchy Metal Detectors, we strive to deliver your purchased products quickly, efficiently, and safely to your requested delivery address. We currently use a few shipping companies such as DPD, UPS, & DHL to achieve the most cost-effective methods for delivering the different types of products that we stock.
All our shipments are tracked and signed for by our designated shipping companies. If you leave us your mobile telephone number at the payment checkout we will pass this on when shipping with DPD. DPD offer a great service and will notify you by text your delivery date along with your hour time slot on the day of delivery.

Detect Modes
Now anyone can harness the unrivaled power of Multi-IQ, with easily selectable pre-set detecting modes, already set up and tested by Minelab experts. There is no need to learn the complexities of various settings, the hard work has been done for you. Simply select one of the four Search Modes — Coin, Relic, Jewellery, or Custom — then start swinging. Each mode is pre-programmed and optimised to give you the best performance, anytime and anywhere: park, field or beach. You can even save your favourite settings to a custom Search Mode.
Simultaneous Multi-Frequency
There are a few detectors on the market that claim to be multi-frequency, but they actually only switch between single frequencies, operating on just one at a time. Probably the most exciting feature of the Vanquish 440, which puts it way ahead of others in its price range (and above), is the inclusion of Minelab's groundbreaking Multi-IQ technology seen on Minelab's Equinox series machines, the world's best-selling metal detectors of 2018/2019, and also the first detectors to offer true simultaneous detection of multiple frequencies. All the Vanquish Series detectors operate on three frequencies, low, medium, and high simultaneously, giving you the best of all worlds whatever you are searching for.
The Vanquish 440 operates across three simultaneous frequencies.
The real intelligence of the system is that the Multi-IQ processing will collate and compare the signals from all operating frequencies, analyzing the similarities and differences between them to get a clearer picture of what's really down there. This gives you better target ID and discrimination at greater depth, and the versatility to perform in a wider range of ground types, handling mineralisation, wet sand, etc. That means you can find and identify targets that a single frequency will struggle with.

Our Expert Option
The Vanquish 440 is a very capable multi-frequency machine for inland and on the beaches/wet sand, great for beginners starting off in the hobby of metal detecting. Even though this is ideal for beginners it doesn't mean it is a toy, the performance of this mid-level machine is really excellent and even good enough for the pro. With the included wired headphones & the control box rain cover for the price of £299 it simply can't be beaten.
The only downside is that the included headphones are wired so you are always tethered to the machine. If you want a Minelab metal detector that offers the capability of pairing wireless headphones and you can stretch your budget then the Vanquish 540 would be the way to go for £399. The standard Vanquish 540 does still come with wired headphones but does have Bluetooth wireless audio capability amongst other advanced features too so you can later buy the wireless headphones if you wanted to. The next jump up is the 540 pro-pack which includes the ML80 low latency wireless headphones and a smaller additional search coil, this is a jump though at £499 but this is the best machine in the Vanquish series.
